Privacy Policy

Orva is built to protect your life — that includes your data. This is the plain-language version of how we handle it. (Draft for review; not yet legal counsel’s final copy.)

What we collect

• Your name and email — to create your account, send your beta invite, and contact you sparingly.
• Calendar & Reminders data — read on your device to build your plan. It stays on your devices and your iCloud.
• Health & activity signals (optional) — used only to estimate your Energy ring. Never leaves your device.

What we never do

We never sell your data, never run third-party ad trackers, and never read the contents of your plan on our servers. Sign in with Apple may give us a private relay email — that’s fine, and we treat it the same.

Where your data lives

Your plan, tasks, and ring history sync through your private iCloud. Account details (name, email, subscription) are stored with our processors solely to run Orva.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account and its data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@orva.app. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
